Your Right to Organize
U.S. labor law gives you the right to organize a union!
You are protected by the National Labor Relations Act. 
It is illegal for management to threaten, harass, and discriminate against any employee for union activity.
Management cannot: - Fire, discipline, reduce hours, or punish staff
- Make threats or promise bribes
- Ask you about your feelings about the union or about union activities
You can:- Join or help to form a union
- Talk about the union at work, just as you would talk about any other subject
- Meet about the union in small groups at lunchtime or on breaks, on company property
