The 1% raises we recently negotiated were not funded in the barebones budget recently signed by Governor Patrick.  A separate funding bill has been submitted to the legislature.  While we do not expect immediate action, based on past experience, we expect that it will be funded eventually.

In the meantime, the non-economic changes we negotiated, including mutual respect language, changes to leave policies, and a job-swap pilot, have been implemented.
