In early May, we reached a tentative agreement on our state contract.
Some highlights from our tentative agreement include:
- 11% raise over three years (along with our 2023 contract victory, this brings us to a total of a 19% raise over four years)
- Improved promotional language – a promotional step placement process that more accurately reflects relevant work experience
- Increases in shift differentials and meal reimbursements
- Improved bereavement language

The next step is for us to take a ratification vote. Our statewide ratification vote is taking place in person on Tuesday, June 4th.
