Interpretation: ASL & Spanish interpretation are available for both events.
Childcare: Childcare will be available.
Parking: Free on-site parking is available.
Lodging: Hotel rooms are available for those who are attending both the Steward Assembly and the Annual Meeting. Please indicate whether you need a hotel room on your RSVP form and someone will follow up with you.
Fragrance-free: These events will be fragrance-free spaces for the safety and comfort of all attendees. Please do not wear or use any perfume, cologne, scented lotion, hair spray, aftershave, scented deodorant, anything aerosol (scented or unscented) or air fresheners. Unscented non-aerosol products are acceptable.
important information for annual meeting
The Annual Meeting is an important time for us to look back on our victories and plan to continue building worker power in the coming year! As a member, you will also have the opportunity to submit nominations or run for a vacant seat in your chapter.
You must be a member in good standing to attend the Annual Meeting. If you are off payroll for any reason (including unpaid leaves, Paid Family Medical Leave, or intermittent work — e.g. adjunct faculty), you must have paid dues for September in order to attend.
If you are seeking to be nominated for a position, you must have been in continuous good standing for at least six months.
