Union Siblings, A reminder that all eligible public sector members will receive the money from our contract victory in today’s payroll (12/22/2023). This victory was possible because you took action – whether it was showing up to bargaining, rallying at the State House, or making calls to your legislators, we thank everyone who took action to get the raises and retro we deserve. Here is what you need to know: According to our agreement, our raises begin on the first full pay period in January and July 2023: – A 4% raise as of January 2023 (if you were on payroll on or after that date) – Retro pay at this new rate to January or your start date is between January and July. – Another 4% raise as of July 2023 (if you were on payroll on or after that date) – Retro pay to July or your start date if after July but before December 31, 2023 – Members will receive increases and retro pay for upgrades (including longevity pay) in January—more information to come. What if I have a question or there is an issue with my pay? – If you do not receive any funds after today or there is an issue with your pay, please contact your Agency Payroll Department. – For any other questions or concerns, please contact your steward or chapter advisor.
